• A deposit equal to 25% of the total stay is required to confirm the reservation and will be deducted from the bill. No reservation will be confirmed without a deposit.
• Conferences: pre-payment of the total stay is required for a confirmed reservation.

• More than 21 days before the arrival date: complete reimbursement of the deposit.
• Between 8 and 21 days before the arrival date: 50% reimbursement of the deposit.
• Less than 8 days before the arrival date: deposit is not reimbursed and 61 euros charged for administration fees.
• In the case of an early departure, the total price of the stay must be paid.
